Minecraft has many friendly little animals, but I always thought they were a bit ordinary, not as cool as the various hostile mobs with their unique abilities. So, I decided to personally add some “character” to them.
Let’s take a look at today’s commands that can give these little animals new skills!
Spiral Multi-“Headed” Pig
First, let’s check our learning! Tell me loudly, what command typed in the chat box gives you a command block? That’s right, enter /give @s command_block. After getting the command block, let’s arrange them as shown in the picture below.

Then, in the first command block, enter the command: tp@e[type=pig] ~ ~ 1 ~~ 20. Set the block type to Repeat, condition to Unconditional, and Redstone to Redstone Controlled.

In the second command block, we continue with the command: execute execute @e[type=pig] ~ ~ ~ tp ~ ~ ~ ~ -10. Set the block type to Repeat, condition to Unconditional, and Redstone to Redstone Controlled.

Then, we’ll create a simple redstone circuit connecting both blocks to the same lever.

Finally, invite some little pigs to play.

Pull the lever, take out a carrot or carrot on a stick prepared in advance, try to find the right angle, and you can witness this magical combined piggy. The sight is quite trippy.

You can also try this with other animals. The more there are, the trippier it looks. For example, the cows below give the feeling of spinning so fast they leave afterimages~

Ender Chicken
Chickens are harmless little animals, but what if they became as elusive as Endermen? That would probably startle quite a few adventurers~ Today, we’ll use command blocks to give chickens a new ability.

First, let’s take out another command block and enter the following command: spreadplayers ~ ~ 1 10 @e [type=chicken,c=1]. Set the block type to Repeat, condition to Unconditional, and Redstone to Always Active.

This time, simply exit the interface, and you’ll see a chicken teleporting wildly just like an Enderman.

Now, let’s add another command: execute @e[type=chicken] ~ ~ ~ summon snowball. Set the block type to Repeat, condition to Unconditional, and Redstone to Always Active.

The teleporting chicken can now also bring us a ground full of snowflakes.

If we break the first command block, we can see the chicken fly away spectacularly (though it looks a bit painful).

So, what do you think? Pretty fun, right~
